Bardøla has one of the most complete kitchens in the Norwegian mountains. Many resources are used to produce exellent, home made food at Bardøla.

We have a strong professional environment and is a teaching enterprise for chefs and confectionary chefs, The kitchen has always maintained a traditional, Norwegian culinary art, but also draws inspiration from foreign cultures. Fresh raw materials - often from local producers - focus on quality and talented colleagues are the main ingredtients of a successful experience at Bardøla.

Bardøla even imports its own wine and can offer wines you will not find elsewhere in Norway.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the hotel restaurant. We offer varied buffets and tasteful menus.
