Welcome to this year’s food festival at Geilo! Enjoy delicious food and drinks in beautiful autumn foliage.
The food festival “Norwegian Food Delight” must be experienced on Saturday with lots of food stalls, tastings and good atmosphere.
On Friday we serve a large and wonderful welcome buffet at Bardøla. On Saturday we are done with a lovely three course short menu.

Braised lamb with celery root cream, onion, jam and paprika jam
Deer with chanterelle sauce, potato puree, rosewood, stir-fried cranberries and root vegetables
Chocolate mousse covered with white chocolate, raspberry marrow and hazelnut ice cream
The menu for 2020 will be announced this summer.
The autumn colors are at their best this weekend and it is fantastic to walk in the mountains.
