At Bardøla we spend a lot of resources on making good home-made food. The main kitchen has always taken care of Norwegian – and especially local cuisine, and gets inspire foreign food cultures. Bardøla’s imported wines are mainly biodynamic or organic. They are handpicked to harmonize with the kitchen.
Fresh ingredients – often from local suppliers, focus on quality, and talented, committed employees are the main ingredients for a successful dining experience at Bardøla. The restaurant at Bardøla is large and cozy with a modern and stylish interior. It is possible to close off banqueting halls and function rooms for special occasions.
Do not forget to have room for dessert, our dessert buffet is worth a visit in itself. Here, you will find tasty cakes from its own pastry shop.
The hotel’s youngest guests will also find their own favorites in the restaurant. The children’s menu and children’s buffet are adapted to the children’s needs and wishes.
We have fixed weekly menus throughout the season, but we also offer special party menus if desired.

With Bardøla’s own imported wine, we serve wines you can not find elsewhere in Norway. The wine cellar is constantly filled with good newcomers, and our goal is that at least 95 percent of the bottles should be Bardøla’s own wine.
Several of the wines come from biodynamic producers. At Bardøla, you can also attend wine courses and tastings. This is a popular course and conference activity.
