Bardøla Mountain Farm
Bardøla Fjelltun Hotel is Geilo's classic mountain hotel with great restaurants, bar, hotel rooms and apartments, pool, gym, and meeting rooms. At Bardøla, we focus on good food experiences, top service, and genuine encounters between people.
The cabins at Bardøla Fjelltun all have the same cozy atmosphere and are built with solid, laminated timber. The cabins have practical solutions with a kitchen, living room and dining area, fireplace, and four bedrooms with plenty of space for 8-10 people.
Geilo all year round
Geilo offers activities for all ages and abilities, both summer and winter. As a spring, summer, and autumn destination, Geilo boasts activities for everyone. How about a horse ride in the mountains, a bike ride on mountain trails, or an airy ride on a zipline?
The ski season lasts from around mid-November to the end of April. The ski slopes are located on both sides of the valley that surrounds the center of Geilo. The free ski bus stops frequently right outside the entrance to Bardøla Fjelltun. There are opportunities for ski-in if you come from Havsdalen and their après-ski.
